Descrizione: Patient Donna Thompson takes a cigarette break while getting medical attention at the non-profit Remote Area Medical(RAM) clinic held at the county fairgrounds July 20 in Wise, Virginia. Over 3000 patients will be seen on the multi day event by the US's largest free health clinic for dental, vision, wellness, women's health, lab testing, and health education, by volunteers from medical schools, hospitals, and civic organizations.
